Dr. Serge Moskvin (Dr. of Biological Sciences, PhD in Engineering Sciences) is a researcher and developer on procedures of photobiomodulation from Russia. In Russia, PBM has been a natural part of many medical applications for decades and has been researched differently than in the West. Dr. Moskvin is a specialist in the clinical context of basic research and dose-response mechanisms and their consequences for specific treatment programs. His developments are based on three decades of physiological, biophysical and technical research into PBM. He has published numerous scientific studies and books on the background and applications of PBM.
