FB Group PBM in neurorehabilitation and psychiatry

03.03.2019

COLLL maintains a forum for colleagues in the fields of neurology, psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy on Facebook.

This special Facebook group can only be joined by doctors and specialist therapists who work in the fields of neurology, neurorehabilitation, psychiatry, psychosomatics, geriatrics or similar fields of medicine. Speech therapists, learning therapists and cognitive therapists can also join.

Research into PBM in neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, etc., psychiatric disorders such as depression or PTSD and in rehabilitation after stroke and TBI (traumatic brain injury) is playing an increasingly important role in worldwide PBM research. In these areas there are either rare established treatment procedures with demonstrably good effects or medications with side effects that many patients want to avoid or that do not have the desired effect for them. Against this background, the potential of PBM is particularly interesting.

The group serves for the exchange between colleagues. Here you can share your experiences, discuss cases with your colleagues or request their experience.

In order to join the group, you become a COLLL member and informally submit an application to the administrator on Facebook for membership = "friend request". The administrator will then admit you to the group of colleagues.

NOTE: This group is led by german speaking colleagues. Nevertheless, english speaking colleagues are welcome. We discuss english posts in english.

The group is called
PBM neurorehabilitation/ psychiatry
